KALPA — Streaming, Video & Fan-Work Guidelines

QueseraGames is always glad to see you streaming KALPA, turning it into videos, and enjoying it together with others. Here's a summary of what you're free to do, so you can create with confidence.

1. Who this covers

Individuals and corporations alike — including creators signed to agencies (VTuber agencies and the like) — can stream and make videos under these guidelines without asking us for permission first.

2. What you can do

• Create and post gameplay streams, recorded videos, screenshots and clips (YouTube, Twitch, CHZZK, SOOP, Niconico, bilibili, and so on)
• Use each platform's standard monetization: partner program ad revenue, Super Chats, donations and other tips, and memberships
• Stream and post any part of the game, story included (no off-limits sections)

3. About the game's music

• As long as it's gameplay — a stream or a video — you're free to post and monetize content that includes the game's songs.
• For some tracks, though, a rights holder's policy or a platform's automated system (YouTube's Content ID, for example) may route that video's ad revenue to the rights holder, or mute the audio in certain regions. This does not mean streaming or posting is banned, and the video itself stays up. If it happens, let us know and we'll look into it and get back to you.
• We're putting together a per-song table (safe to monetize / may receive a claim). Once it's published, we'll link it here.
• If a rights holder asks us to, we may have to ask you to limit the use of a specific track or to take action on a post.

4. Please don't

• Extract and post music, BGM or voice on its own, separated from gameplay (including uploads meant purely for listening to the songs)
• Use the game's audio in other games, custom charts or other derivative works
• Label your content in a way that could be mistaken for official content, or suggest sponsorship or a partnership with QueseraGames that doesn't exist
• Reveal unannounced content without permission, or use or encourage cheats and exploits
• Use the game in content that offends public decency or infringes on someone else's rights

5. Fan art & fan works

• We welcome fan art, comics, fiction and other fan works.
• Fan works you've made yourself as an individual (goods included) can be sold in small quantities, up to 200 units. For anything above that, or for sales by a company, please get in touch with us first.
• Please don't sell anything that simply reproduces our official illustrations, logos or audio as-is.

6. A credit would be great (not required)
